You’re a Great Candidate If You

• Have the Required Experience – 4 year degree in business, finance, or accounting and a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Prior consulting experience and CMA designation preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Hold high energy meetings with clients twice a month over Zoom
• Build and maintain trust with clients through transparency, reliability and ethical financial practices
• Educate clients on financial best practices and help them make informed decisions
• Work with accounting departments to ensure the business’s financial information is recorded accurately and timely
• Optimize financial reporting and develop processes that contribute to overall success
• Create management tools and reports that clients can use to help make critical decisions
• Help develop financial strategies that align with the client’s long-term business objectives
• Be proactive in financial matters by anticipating client needs and challenges
• Manage and communicate financial risk and make recommendations
• Identify opportunities for financial improvement and growth within the client’s business.
• Clearly and concisely communicate financial insights and recommendations
• Present financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders
• Collaborate cross functionally to address client concerns and enhance overall client satisfaction
• Consistently support team collaboration and mentorship
• Be open to feedback with a desire to learn, grow and adjust
