Ashley is dedicated to providing a seamless and welcoming experience for new hires as they transition into their roles. With a passion for creating a positive first impression, she guides new employees through every step of the onboarding process and helps new team members feel supported, informed, and excited about their new journey at The Cash Flow CFO. She works closely with managers and department leads to tailor onboarding experiences that align with each role, ensuring that new hires are set up for success from day one.

Outside of work, she enjoys frequent trips to Disneyland with her daughter and twin boys, planning and decorating for the next holiday and is an active volunteer at her children's school.
